Mr. Khan has substantial senior level experience in the fields of finance, accounting, taxation, and investigation audit. He brings to ARIZ extensive experience in fraud and forensic audit, merger & acquisitions, business consultancy and raising financing for the corporate sector. He has experience of providing one to one consultation to  various corporates and individuals in financial feasibility, accounting, and taxation. As an experienced professional in the field of audit  he has expertise in the areas of physical verifications of assets and inventories, statutory audits, financial reporting, system reviews, due diligence auditing, internal audit.

Mr. Khan is a Chartered Accountant (CA) from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan (ICAP). He was also awarded Gold Medal by ICAP for his excellent performance in the examination of Company Law and Secretarial practices. He is also member of Chartered Professional Accountants of Ontario. Mr. Khan holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce.
